Rose Funeral seeks monetary assistance

Rose Funeral (Metal Blade Records) is hoping fans will give them some financial help as they struggle to recover from some unforeseen expenses. Here's the official word: "Ok, so here we go, I'm going to try and keep this short and simple as possible. Last week while we were on our way down to our drummer's house in Illinois to finish writing our new album and head into the studio we ran in some problems. About 100 miles at about 2:00 a.m. from home the van started running hot so we pulled over to give it a rest. After waiting for about a half an hour or so we decided to try and start it up again with no results. So we began checking things out and realized we had a much larger problem on our hands than the van over heating or our starter messing up again. While under the van Dave realized that oil was everywhere on the underside of our engine, so we deicded to check the fluids. Upon doing so we realized that all of our fluids had drained out and we had a nice crack in the block. So in all we have a van with a cracked radiator, a busted started, a transmission that was done for and a cracked engine. Needless to say, we no longer have a van. So we stayed the night at the rest area until one of our friends could drive out to pick up Andrew and Ryan so we could try and formulate a plan on what to do. After exploring all of our options we finally realized that the only thing we could do was rent a Uhaul truck to pick up our gear. That ended up costing a good 200 plus dollars, which put us even further into a whole. We also, at this time, are without a trailer (that's a whole different story). Not to mention that we're out $1500 plus dollars due to bad business conducted by our former merch company. "This is where you come in.
