The Secret to record new album this summer

Trieste, Italy metal quartet The Secret has confirmed details for the recording of their second studio album. The band will be traveling from Italy to the U.S. this summer to record their upcoming second album at Trax East in South River, NJ with engineer Eric Rachel (Dillinger Escape Plan) handling the production chores. Tentatively titled "Disintoxication," the band will be recording the album at Trax East between August 1st and 13th. These will be the first Secret recordings to feature new drummer Christian Musich. Working song titles include "In Limbo" and "Saul." The album is scheduled for a Fall 2007 release through Goodfellow Records and a fall North American tour is now being booked to coincide with the album's release. The Secret is also looking for anyone in the New Jersey area that would be willing to put up all four members for two weeks while they are recording the album. Please contact Chris Logan here if you would be able to help.
