Cave In news, notes, and tour info

After their 2000-2001 US tour, Cave In are playing sporadically until mid-summer to continue writing new material. The band has collectively written 3 new songs with 5 or 6 more on the way. Also in the works is an as-of-yet untitled Cave In release with a couple unreleased songs, a Cure cover song (from the "Disintegrated" tribute on Too Damn Hype), a Bad Brains cover song (from the "Never Give In" tribute CD on Century Media), and 3 tracks from the limited edition "Moons of Jupiter" CDep. In August, the band will be embarking on a tour (the Plea For Peace Tour) with Hot Water Music and Alkaline Trio. Those dates are still be finalized, but here's what we know:
