Translation Loss re-signs Mouth Of The Architect

Translation Loss Records is extremely proud to announce the re-signing of Dayton, Ohio's Mouth of the Architect! Mouth of the Architect will be heading to Seattle this spring to record six new songs with audio mastermind and prior MOTA producer, Chris Common. The as-yet-untitled follow up to the bands crushing and critically acclaimed 2004 debut, "Time & Withering," should see a late summer/early fall release. To hold listeners over, Translation Loss will also be releasing a split CD/LP from Mouth of the Architect and another amazing Dayton OH band, Kenoma on May 16th. This release will contain one track from Mouth of the Architect and two tracks from Kenoma. The Mouth of the Architect song is a seventeen + minute opus entitled "Sleepwalk Powder." The stunning layout and design for the release will be provided by Paul Jeffrey (Pelican/Burning Brides/Scissorfight). Mouth of the Architect has secured a solid line up and will be touring extensively for both releases during the summer and fall. The Mouth of the Architect/Kenoma split will be the first new release for Translation Loss under RED/MRI Distribution. Translation Loss is overjoyed about this new partnership and looks forward to making their entire catalog more available to our listeners. Lots of incredible music is on the horizon.
