Virginia's Municipal Waste have completed work on their debut album for Earache Records. Entitled "Hazardous Mutation," the effort was recorded in Richmond by Corey Smoot (of Gwar). According to frontman Tony Foresta, "We are very excited about this record and we feel it's by far our best material to date." The album features cover art by Ed Repka (Megadeth) and will hit stores on September 20th. In the interim, you can check out an advance MP3 here.
