King Parrot debut first new music in five years, announce new album

Australian grindcore/thrashcore outfit King Parrot have issued their first new music in five years. Titled "Fuck You and the Horse You Rode In On," the new track and its official music video can be viewed below.

Additionally, King Parrot have announced plans to release their new album A Young Person's Guide to King Parrot on June 6 through Housecore Records. The outing was recorded at Dangertone studios in Melbourne with engineer Luke Walton and represents the first new full-length from the group since 2017.
 

Frontman Matt Young had the following to say about the new song:

"Essentially this track is dedicated to anyone that has ever crossed you, tried to belittle you or make you feel less than. The title is pretty self-explanatory. There's multiple people in my life from across the past few years that this song goes out to, and there's a special spot in the lyrics for each of them. Coward's, Abuser's, Bully's and Creep's, Fuck You And the Horse Your Rode In On!"

King Parrot are currently touring Europe with Pantera and Power Trip.
