WATCH: Body Count frontman Ice-T in heated exchange with police during traffic stop last year

Ice-T seems to have had a small run in with the law.
Newly surfaced bodycam footage shows The Body Count frontman and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit actor getting into a heated exchange with police during a traffic stop last year.
The footage, which was posted to X, begins with what appears to be a respectful exchange, and then quickly devolves after Ice-T couldn't provide the proper paperwork, licensure, or automobile registration.
The Body Count frontman began to argue with the officer, stating that he was on his way to the DMV to rectify the issue when he was pulled over. He also told the officer that if he was not being arrested he was getting out of the vehicle and walking to the DMV to get the paperwork.
After the exchange escalated further, a commanding officer was called to the scene to deescalate the situation.
Ice-T walked away from the traffic stop with four tickets due to an expired license, registration, missing plates, and a lack of inspection.
