Spy release new single, sign to Closed Casket Activities

Bay Area hardcore outfit Spy have released a brand new single titled "On The Brink" as they embark on a tour supporting Better Lovers. They have also just signed to Closed Casket Activities.

Fresh off their debut LP "Satisfaction", the Bay Area's SPY return with a new single titled "On The Brink" from their upcoming 12" EP, out early 2025 on Closed Casket Activities.

"On The Brink" explodes out of the gate, taking the wheel and swerving the listener through a chaotic sonic attack before coming to a screeching halt before the 2 minute mark. As the title suggests, the song explores the theme of our world's imminent collapse, an inevitable future we careen towards at ever faster speeds, faster even than the band's performance on this track.

Since beginning touring in 2022, the band has pushed relentlessly to spread their style of hardcore punk across the world, making their way through all of the U.S. and Canada, taking multiple treks through Europe, as well as hitting Japan, Southeast Asia and Australia. Look for them to continue their campaign in 2025.
