Slayer to headline Louder Than Life 2025 following 2024 cancellation

Louder Than Life is back in 2025 with none other than Slayer. 

Following their canceled appearance due to Hurricane Helene, Slayer will finally deliver their highly anticipated reunion set at the 11th edition of the festival. Set for September 18-21, 2025, at the Highland Festival Grounds in Louisville, KY, Louder Than Life promises an epic lineup with additional headliners to be announced this winter. 

Early bird passes go on sale in November, and fans can sign up now for first access and updates.

Festival organizer Danny Wimmer shared the following:

We can't wait to welcome fans back to finish what we started this year and celebrate the return of Slayer. Our team is hard at work finalizing an incredible lineup that we can't wait to reveal this winter. It's going to be epic, and we can't wait to see everyone back in Louisville next September.
