Better Lovers debut new single "Future Myopia" along with official music video
Supergroup Better Lovers have shared the second single, "Future Myopia", from the band's upcoming full length debut, Highly Irresponsible, out October 25th via SharpTone Records. The new single is paired with a music video created by thealienarms.

Vocalist Greg Puciato shared the following:
Not that all of them weren't, but this one was a lot of fun to write. The bass-centric part in the back half of the song is one of my favorite moments on the whole record. Shout out to big Mitch. Same with the riff that comes after it. There were a lotta fun pitches to hit/alley-oops to catch for me in this one. Chorus took me a minute so that was a nice puzzle to figure out too. It's been a joy writing with these guys and having so much different stuff thrown at me.
Guitarist Jordan Buckley added:
Writing and recording our first full-length was slightly more surgical than the EP, but has a similar lack of restraint. I got to wake up every day and watch the masters perfect their craft. It was a playground. Everything was funny. We were reading each other's minds. Even creating our own language at some points. I didn't know if I was watching my closest friends write music, or if I was watching music use us to exist.
Producer and guitarist Will Putney also shared:
We're so dialed in to exactly what we want to do, and our creative process is so in sync and natural that we rarely hit a wall when we work on music. My role is to capture the energy of the band the way it's intended to sound: a band firing on all cylinders.
Catch the band on their North American headlining tour this November/December with Full of Hell, Gouge Away, Spy and Cloakroom.

Post CommentIs it a "super group" when everybody in the band doesn't belong to another band anymore? The singer isn't in Dillinger and the other guys aren't in Every Time I Die. This is literally just their band now.
I was rewatching bits of Sh*t Happens, and the part where Andy knocks on Keith's apartment door he says, "Keith's dating a transexual'. Lol. Never would have thought 20 years on that joke would send Keith into a mental shit lib breakdown.
Rick here again, I'll be at the Tampa date. It's the day after the election, so look for the chonky dude with tears in his eyes after his fellow Florida fat ass comes up short. Again.
They'll never be able to come close to what ETID was.
^ you do know there is sunlight outside/upstairs from your basement/cellar, your parents let you live in.
Why is everything the put out worse than the last thing they put out?
i live in a mansion on the lake. you change oil. this band sucks
we are, but charted higher than ETiD in early 2010s on billboard and I used the money to go to law school.
Glad Greg has maintained his classic stance of insisting on sounding like a caracal being run over.
anonymous 3 hours ago Why is everything the put out worse than the last thing they put out? This track is better than the last single, which was the first time I thought they put out a legitimately bad song. Of course even that was better than Many Eyes.
Keith here. Remember to vote this November! Democracy is as we know it is at stake! #HarrisWalz2024
Beanie plus XXL t shirt over small long sleeve shirt now that's a look for a middle aged man
