WATCH: Metallica cover Elton John in freshly released footage
Metallica has just released a live performance of Elton John's "Funeral For A Friend / Love Lies Bleeding" via their YouTube channel.
The cover was recorded at the 2024 Library of Congress' awarding of the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song to Elton John and Bernie Taupin in Washington, D.C., which took place back on March 20, 2024, and originally aired on PBS.
