Paria unleash "Abomination", third new single from upcoming EP 'Venerate'

Omaha, NE-based metal outfit, Paria, has revealed the latest offering from the band's comeback EP, Venerate, due out this July through Lambgoat Records. "Abomination" is the third new single released by the group in 14 years and is accompanied by a Justin Brink-directed music video premiering later today, April 2nd, at 1 PM Eastern.

Abomination is like an aggressive and unnerving shot of adrenaline. It's a relentless pedal to the metal ride all the way through.

Director Justin Brink added:

This collaboration was a great opportunity to meld the style of horror I've been developing thematically for years with my immersive horror work on Miasma and the sonic intensity of the Paria sound. The video represents a crossroads we find ourselves at when our idealistic hopes and society's bitter reality crash into each other - are the choices we once considered atrocious now the only way out? Are we all one bad day away from becoming an Abomination ourselves? The band and my team worked closely together to find the right visualization of what it means to become the monster you no longer recognize in your reflection and how that creature drags loved ones down to hell with you.
