Long Island, NY-based metalcore quartet Skycamefalling is planning to release their only studio album, 10.21, on vinyl for the first time. Originally released through Ferret Records in 2000, 10.21 follows up 1997's A Penny for Your Confessions (Self released) and 1998's …To Forever Embrace the Sun (Good Life).

The re-release of 10.21 on vinyl will also include re-recorded guitars as well as a remaster by Will Putney

The band shared the following:

We are proud to announce the first-ever release of '10.21' on vinyl. It has been a three-year journey to re-release this record, and we believe that this version truly embodies our original vision. Throughout this journey, we discovered new nuances in the songs, re-recorded guitars, and collaborated with Chris Bittner of @applehead for remixing, as well as Will Putney (@willputney) for remastering. These efforts aim to offer a more modern interpretation of the record while still paying homage to the original version from two decades ago.

We're also excited to share the final artwork by @joncontino. Jon did an amazing job refreshing the original art style. The packaging includes a full-color gatefold and an insert, sharing behind-the-scenes details of the original writing and recording process.

The record is self-released and funded by us, and the pre-order is available on our store at skycamefalling.net (see our linktree in our bio).

We want to express our gratitude to all of you for your love and support; this release would not have been possible without you.

"Self released and self funded." AKA Gayze will probably be hitting the band up about doing the release.

they released one album a quarter century ago and this is needed or asked for?

Why are you all so mad about a band re-releasing a record? Oh, that's right, the scene is littered with a bunch of disgruntled, fat, depressed old men with nothing better to do than shit on other bands like they're still 15. Grow up, troglodytes.

Goo dam already sold out.
