Korn's Brian "Head" Welch to launch mental health treatment center
Official press release:
Korn guitarist Brian "Head" Welch announces his partnership in the opening of Atlantic Behavioral Health, a treatment center serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire through intensive outpatient treatments. With a focus on anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders, Atlantic Behavioral Health combines individual therapy, group therapy, and medication management in a supportive outpatient program. Through Atlantic Behavioral Health, Welch continues his endeavor to guide those who currently struggle to find help, as he once did.
Welch shared:
I will never, ever forget the depths of the dark energy that lived upstairs in my mind, many years ago. It was truly like living in an emotional dungeon with zero light, and I couldn't find the key to get out.
Partnering with Atlantic is so personal to me and not just another business to invest in. I know what it feels like to live at the bottom of a dark pit, but I also know if you put in the work, the light will come back on, and Atlantic is going to help so many people find that light switch.
With the exception of a few bumps in the road, over the last 20 years, I have been the happiest I've ever been in my life. I believe if I can completely change the trajectory of my mental and emotional health, anyone can! Atlantic can be such a precious tool in helping people to achieve just that.
Following his decades-long battle with mental health and addiction, providing support to others who are going through similar challenges has become Welch's primary mission. In a post available on the center's Instagram, Welch speaks to the community that Atlantic provides for those in need.
Welch adds:
I did go to a psychiatrist [years back when struggling the most], but I felt like he was so smart and so schooled that it wasn't at my level and someone I could relate to. He had all the book answers, but in the meantime, I didn't have a group, I didn't have the community... I wish I'd had a program like Atlantic back then because you have that scholarly wisdom, but also conversations with peers that are going through similar things as you.
Atlantic Behavioral Health's Clinical Director, Greg Bacos stated:
We create an individualized treatment plan that is reviewed monthly. Treatment consists of diagnostic assessment, medication management, individual and group therapy, and support for family members and significant others. The goal is to stabilize symptoms, improve functioning, and facilitate a return to community living, including working with families to assist.

Post CommentUntil America gets socialized medicine this will be like trying to push a rock up a hill. Good money laundering business for that bozo in Korn so he can keep huffing crystal meth with hookers.
I'm begging the Japan asskissing guy to make his weekly appearance so he can tell us how modern and high tech mental health treatment and care is in modern Japan (with its socialized health care, 2nd highest suicide rate in Asia, etc).
I'm definitely NOT the "Japan Ass-Kissing Guy", but I have lived in Japan for going on 15 years now. Yea, we have socialized health. It's like 1000x cheaper than in the US regardless of the doctor or issue, but you are taking a hit in quality. You're not going to get cheap and high quality. As for mental health, you are on your own here. Yes, there are mental health clinics. They will sit and listen to you. They don't care. They might as well hand out razor blades after you pay your bill.
I'm fine with only eating corn but not creamed corn.
America will never have socialized health care. It requires most residents to actually pay into the system for it to work. Ain't happening with all the illegals and deadbeats in the US.
Japan health system sucks. It's only good for very basic stuff. If you have a stomach ache, tooth ache, basic shit like that. You're good to go. You have a heart attack? Good luck dying in the ambulance parked out front your apartment as they call a hospital who is willing to take you (and the guys working on the ambulance are not emt's). Sure, your bill will be 1/100th of that in the States, if your survive to pay it, but the doctors working on you will not be the best and brightest. There is a good enough/better than nothing method of practicing medicine in Japan. It's not there to put you back to normal or good as new. It leaves a lot to be desired.
I'm depressed. I just learnt that Fat Pat used to have a Prince Albert and we both went to the same piercer.
Are you reeeeaaaaddddyyyy? Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh
He clearly needs mental health treatment, since he thinks god exists.
Hey guys. My mommy went to the store for milk and bread and left me home alone. I am 12 years old and want to make some new friends. Can anyone come over to play hammer and balls with me? I live in Fairfax. I know Ricky T likes to play hammer and balls with children. Let's be friends Ricky T. We have peanut butter and jellies. We can put on each other's wee wee.
Wtf am I reading here? Hammer and balls? PBJ? Fat Pat's dong? Japan whateverthef*ck? This person or persons are all that's wrong with this country. If you have an Ace Hardware close by, I encourage you to buy a 3 foot length of rope and find the nearest tree asap.
You can tell this shit is all the same guy. Plus their IP address is the same on them all. Mommy must have really gone out and they are making good use of their one hour per day internet time before being put back in their cage.
Ok, you got me. I'm posting from Salt Lake City and all these posts are mine. Japan. Corn. Fat Pat. All me. So what?
I hope when Trump wins he can deport idiots like those found on this thread.
Does anyone know what white dots on your pecker mean? They don't hurt or anything. If I squeeze them, it's like a small pimple. Not blisters.
I've got your IP kid… I don't know what an IP is so expect me to be knocking on the door of somewhere 60mi away asking for 'anonymous'
