The recently resurrected Lousiville, KY hardcore band Coliseum, also known as C.L.S.M, have announced their first show since disbanding in 2015.
It has been eight years since the trio has graced the stage again, but April 20th, 2024 that will all change. The group will perform at Planet Of The Tapes in Louisville, KY.
Tickets for the event are available here.
Guitar/Vocalist Ryan Patterson shared the following:
Carter, Kayhan, and I are happy to announce that Coliseum will be playing on Saturday, April 20, 2024, in Louisville, Kentucky at Planet Of The Tapes. This is our first time performing live together in over eight years. We will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the first Coliseum show and playing songs spanning our entire history.
As has always been our way, this is a DIY event put together by friends and our music community. Ticketing is being handled by me directly via my site Shirt Killer in order to circumvent the fees normally associated with standard event ticketing. Capacity is very limited. Additional bands TBA.
Thanks to all the Black Magic Punks out there who supported us over the years. We can't wait to play these songs again.

Post CommentSo typical for this shitty band: do it at a clever cassette store, "keeping it DIY." Sorry your attempt at being a real band failed.
Wasted many of our time in the 2000s being on every tour and playing one-testicle biker bar rock
Being trapped in a show while coliseum or Russian circles are opening was the 2000s version of covid lockdowns
maybe they can tour with ceremony and everyone at the show can be bald underachievers with strained marriages
maybe they can tour with harm's way and sell out the metro
"Wasted many of our time in the 2000s being on every tour and playing one-testicle biker bar rock" Honestly, that was their better period. Then they tried to be like shitty fugazi and then sorta goth, and it was REAL bad. But in general, these dudes were like the greatest of the under-achievers.
f*ck the nay-sayers. This band ruled hard. Things got weird with Anxiety's Kiss, but they were playing music for all of the right reasons. Coliseum is light-years better than any shitty "hardcore" band on the Goat. right now.
hardcore is homo-erotic. look around... rooms full of man-boys and fat old dudes. I'm out of here. Grow-up, clownz.
