Back in November, Baltimore hardcore outfit End It had equipment damaged while traveling with Icelandair. At the time the band reported that the headstock of guitarist Ray Lee's Jackson guitar was broken during the flight or luggage handling process.

End It, who was joining Stick To Your Guns, Get The Shot, and Koyo for the 'Diamond' 10-year European tour, shared an image of the damaged guitar, alleging that it occurred while in the possession of the airline. The band also stated that despite having flown numerous times without incident, this was the first time their equipment suffered damage.

Today, December 23rd, 2024, End It vocalist Akil Godsey revealed that Iceland Air agreed to reimburse the cost of repairs with a $400 payment, which End It found insufficient for the damage sustained to the guitar.

Godsey said:

They're going to reimburse the homie with $400.00 talking bout that's the cost of repairs. As much as we've traveled and the amount of care I've watched Ray take with this guitar. Million dollar company. Can't even replace the jawn @Icelandair is run by cunts.
