Amon Amarth release music video for "Saxons and Vikings"

Swedish melodic death metal 5 piece Amon Amarth have released a new music video for their track "Saxons and Vikings" off the band's 2022 album The Great Heathen Army. Saxon's Biff Byford joins the band on the track and for them music video.

Vocalist Johan Hegg shared the following:

Recording this song with the legends from SAXON was amazing. It was such an honor to have them on this track, and to shoot a video with them was so much fun. I think the video came out great, really epic. It captures the essence of the song perfectly and the fight scenes are awesome!" Biff Byford of SAXON added; "Doing the 'Saxons and Vikings' video was good fun, the fight scenes were epic and the song is cool.

Amon Amarth set to return to North America in 2024 for their biggest headline tour to date with special guests Cannibal Corpse plus Obituary and Frozen Soul.
