The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza guitarist Brad Thomson has died

Last night the wife of The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza guitarist Brad Thomson, Angie Granado, shared the news that her husband had passed on via Thomson's Facebook.
Thomson was one of the original members of TTDTE until 2008 and appeared on the band's demo and their first two albums, 2005's self-titled album and 2007's Danza II: Electric Boogaloo. Thomson also can be seen in the band's music video for "Carrol 14 Wossman 7" off of Danza II: Electric Boogaloo.
The cause of death has not been given, however, earlier in the week Thomson shared he had undergone surgery and had to remove around a foot of his colon. Though he was told it was not cancerous.
Granado's statement from Thomson's Facebook reads:
It's with a heavy to let people know that my husband, Brad Thomson, has passed on. Many of you know him from the band The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza as one helluva guitar player. This man had the kindest soul and the biggest heart of any man I have ever known. Please think of him today and hug your loved ones. I will miss you my sweet husband. Always tell the people how much you love them as we never know what the next day could bring.
I love you Brad Thomson! You will forever be my husband and I am ever so grateful that you gave me the best two years of my life! We truly are The Only Lovers Left Alive. πππππ
