Twitching Tongues announce return, share redux of 'Sleep Therapy'
Closed Casket Activities has recently announced that Twitching Tongues, who have been inactive for the past few years, are back and come baring gifts in the form of a redux on the group's 2012 album, Sleep Therapy. The band's last album, Gaining Purpose Through Passionate Hatred, was released in 2018 through Metal Blade Records. During this time, other members of the band, particularly founding members Taylor and Colin Young, have pursued their individual interests.
Taylor Young has focused on the production side of music, working with various acts such as Drain, Suicide Silence, and Age of Apocalypse. Colin, on the other hand, has been playing in other bands, including Deadbody and God's Hate, and has also been collaborating with popular All Elite Wrestling (AEW) wrestler Brody King. When not busy with playing hardcore, Colin spends time alongside buddy Bo Lueders from Harms Way talking about hardcore on the pair's podcast HardLore: Stories From Tour.
Vocalist/Guitarist Taylor Young shared the following:
I like to think we never left but I have def lived a whole life since we've played or written music as Twitching Tongues. We're back, Sleep Therapy Redux out now. I spent a month tweaking the record but without losing the spirit of the original. This is the first of many things to come.

Hardlore is good, just neither of their bands are all that good.
Hardlore sucks and this band sucks. I saw them open for Code Orange and Nails. Twitching Tongues committed audio feces.
Hardlore is Hardbore. It would be great as well as hilarious if they had an episode with James Pligge from Harm's Way debating with a nutritionist over whether is it a good idea for James, a highschool phys ed teacher, to do regular reviews of Coca-Cola & plugs of suburban Chicago fast food restaurants thus promote regular consumption of Coke & fast food - a horrible example set by him. I could just see a 45 year old female nutritionist absolutely destroy James's ridiculous defense & stance that you can drink Coke & eat fast food regularly & it won't hurt you cuz hey look at him. But nah, the two lamebrain tanktopped heshers who co-host this show will probably blab on about the new Incendiary record & the return of Twitching Tongues.
