Noisecore pioneers The Locust will be sending off an iconic uniform of late Locust drummer Gabe Serbian to Martin Atkins' The Museum of Post Punk and Industrial Music located in Chicago, IL. The band cites Atkins as a huge influence on Serbian who recently passed away this past April at the age of 44.

The band comments:

"The Locust and our comrade Martin Atkins have decided to add one of Gabe Serbian's uniforms to The Museum of Post Punk and Industrial Music, which is located in Chicago, Il. We sourced a smaller sized mannequin which seems to work well with the uniform and will be shipping it off to the museum soon. Martin's resume was a huge influence on Gabe, and The Locust. Having the uniform live at the museum seems like the right fit, and it's an honor to have it there. We hope you all can make it out there to see it in person. Viva Gabe Serbian!

Unfortunately ET won't be at the museum. He's just seeing the uniform off."
