Lamb Of God to set sail with Mastodon, Hatebreed, Shadows Fall, and more in 2023

Lamb Of God has announced the first ever 'Headbangers Boat' cruise. The cruise will set sail for The Bahamas from Miami on October 31 and return on November 4. Lamb Of God, who will be headlining the voyage, will be performing two sets of their 2004 Gold Certified album Ashes Of The Wake in full.
The initial lineup to join Lamb Of God will include:
Mastodon
Hatebreed
GWAR
Shadows Fall
God Forbid
Fit For An Autopsy
and more TBA.
Lamb Of God frontman Randy Blythe shared:
Imagine the sheer horror on the faces of all the happy families aboard, let's say, another cruise when they look across the sea and see GWAR decapitating someone on the main deck of a big-ass boat filled with a few thousand crazed metalheads. If there's any better reason to go on the Headbangers Boat, I can't think of one…well, that and all our other friends we've played shows on land with that will be joining us. It's gonna be a party for sure – see y'all somewhere in the Atlantic!
Guitarist Mark Morton also added:
A thrash metal cruise vacation to the Bahamas? Hell yea! Headbangers Boat! We're stoked about this one y'all! Join us in a celebration of the heavy metal movement that these bands and these fans have been building for the last two decades. Lots of incredible bands with some more surprises announcing soon. LFG!
The event will be hosted by 'Metal Ambassador' Jose Mangin and Riki Rachtman (former host of MTV's Headbangers Ball) and is to feature events and exhibitions while underway. There will be screenings of Lamb Of God's "Killadelphia" and Making OF Omens", D. Randall Blythe Photography Gallery, Casino and Poker Tournament hosted by John Cambell, as well as live podcasting by Jamey Jasta for The Jasta Show.
