Official press release:

Denver, CO black metal legion Wayfarer (Century Media/Profound Lore) announce tour dates alongside Alberta, Calgary extreme metal outfit Wake (Metalblade Records). The tour, titled, "A Romance In Descent" - which begins with both bands appearing at the highly coveted and first-time-in-Denver, Decibel Magazine Metal & Beer Festival - will see the bands perform new material from both bands critically acclaimed recent material as well as their respective explosive discographies. The tour will lead both bands to Peace Simulation Festival in Chicago, IL to perform sets amongst a plethora of extreme and experimental metal & noise bands.

About the tour, Wayfarer vocalist/guitarist, Shane McCarthy shares:

We are looking forward to bringing the "Romance" era to a lot of areas we haven't been to in several years, as well as playing a few places we've never been. To do so along a band of total rippers such as WAKE from Canada will make it quite a ride. The Iron Horse rolls on.
