Mnemic vocalist Guillaume Bideau dies

R.I.P.

Guillaume Bideau, vocalist of defunct Danish metal band Mnemic, has reportedly passed away.

Bideau joined Mnemic in 2006 and remained with the group until they went on hiatus in 2013. During that time, he performed on and co-wrote three, Nuclear Blast-released studio albums.

Bideau also spent time in several other bands, including Scarve and One-Way Mirror.

Samael guitarist Thomas "Drop" Betrisey had the following to say: "Very very sad news... A bit in a loss of words. Thank you for all the good times, the laughs and the great music. RIP Guillaume Bideau ... Until we meet again, vieux chien!"
