Cephalic Carnage begins work on new album

Denver death/grind outfit Cephalic Carnage has now begun writing material for their next full-length. The group will enter the studio in September with producer Dave Otero (Throcult, Serberus) to begin recording, and the record should hit stores in spring 2005 via Relapse Records. According to guitarist Zac Joe, "We have been experimenting with styles of music that we were never really comfortable with before, and that has given us a lot more freedom. The songs are more diverse and 'blender-ized' than anything we've done so far."
