Into The Moat signs w/ Metal Blade Records
Ft. Lauderdale metal/tech/death band Into The Moat has officially signed with Metal Blade Records. Formed in 2001, the group released an EP (review here) with Lovelost Records late last year. They are currently writing material for their debut full-length, which they plan to record in August. According to Metal Blade CEO Brian Slagel, ""We are extremely excited Into The Moat has joined the Metal Blade Family and we could not be happier to work with such a great band." Meanwhile, here's what Into The Moat drummer Matt Gossman has to say: "Since this band started three years ago, we have wanted nothing more than to be on Metal Blade Records. They have been around for over 20 years, and we are extremely proud to be a part of something so successful, not to mention being amongst such awesome bands. It is a great feeling to have accomplished what once seemed like an unreachable goal. With MB's help, we are going to be able to take our band much further, so thank you immensely to everyone that helped us along the way."
