The Red Chord, Deafheaven, etc. launch new band

Less than a month after the formal launch of Umbra Vitae comes word that The Red Chord members Mike "Gunface" McKenzie (Wear Your Wounds) and Greg Weeks (Labor Hex) are involved in another project, this one called Sexless Marriage. In addition to the aforementioned pair, ThePRP reports that the band also features Chris Johnson (Deafheaven, Doomriders), Chris Bevilacqua (Labor Hex, ex-Doomriders), and Mike Morowitz (Weak Flesh). Recording for the group's debut record has been recorded and mixed (via Johnson) with mastering underway as of last week. You can hear a brief clip below.
