Tony Tataje, vocalist and co-founder of Oregon metalcore group American Me, was allegedly sentenced to prison earlier this year on drug charges.
According to Vancouver, Washington publication The Columbian, Tataje was sentenced this past January in Clark County Superior Court to 14 months for "possession of cocaine with intent to deliver."
Tataje, age 35, appears to be incarcerated at Cedar Creek Corrections Center in Washington and is purportedly scheduled to be released in October.
Formed in 2006, American Me has put out several releases with Rise Records, including a 2017 EP. Earlier this month the band took to Facebook to inform fans that "we are not done. We are not stopping. And we have much left to say."
