Zao are back in the studio finishing up their new album and follow-up to The Well-Intentioned Virus (2016).
The new record was originally slated to surface in 2019 but production has been running behind schedule. Regardless, new recording sessions have been taking place at The Church Recording Studio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and according to Zao, the "record is finally nearing its completion" (see below).
A mid-2020 release seems likely.
