Thy Art Is Murder album fails to chart on Billboard 200

Human Target, the new album from Australian deathcore exports Thy Art Is Murder, sold roughly 2,900 copies in its first week of release in the United States. While the band's two previous albums debuted in the Top 100 on the Billboard 200 chart, Human Target did not sell enough to make the cut. The album did land at No. 32 on the Top Current Albums chart, No. 24 on the Hard Rock Albums chart, and No. 11 on the Independent Albums chart. Thy Art Is Murder's last album, Dear Desolation (2017), sold 6,500 copies in its first week and debuted at No. 95 on the Billboard 200. Going back further, 2015's Holy War bowed at No. 82 on the Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 7,400.
