Job For A Cowboy, Black Dahlia Murder members launch band
Five notable metal musicians have joined forces to launch a new extreme metal band dubbed Serpent of Gnosis. The group is comprised of Jonny Davy (Job For A Cowboy), Al Glassman (Job For A Cowboy), Tony Sannicandro (Job For A Cowboy), Max Lavelle (The Black Dahlia Murder), and Darren Cesca (Deeds of Flesh, ex-Arsis, Goratory). Serpent of Gnosis will release their debut album, As I Drink from the Infinite Well of Inebriation, on June 14 through 1126 Records. For now, you can stream a new track titled "The Colorless Capsules" via Decibel. "We are a collection of small cavemen who enjoy fast and heavy things," Davy tells Decibel. "This song describes instances of addiction and the dependencies that align with it, particularly in the pharmaceutical form."
