The 61st Grammy Awards are taking place today at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA and prior to the network TV broadcast, winners of the less prominent categories were announced during the pre-ceremony broadcast. Not surprisingly, the award for "Best Metal Performance" was presented before to the primetime show.
Regretful circumstances aside, congratulations to High On Fire for winning the "Best Metal Performance" category for their track "Electric Messiah."
