London's Orange Goblin has officially announced that the writing process has begun for a new album, slated for a spring 2018 release.
The new record will be the band's first for the Candlelight label since its January 2016 acquisition by Spinefarm/Universal and will be recorded early next year at Orgone Studios in the UK with producer Jaime Gomez Arellano (Ghost, Cathedral, Paradise Lost) at the helm.
The new album marks the band's first since 2014's Back From the Abyss. Although there is no information regarding the album's title or track listing, the band has revealed that the record will feature a guest appearance by Motorhead guitarist Phil Campbell.
