ex-Cerebral Bore singer joins Your Chance To Die

Official press release: South Carolina based melodic death metal band Your Chance To Die have announced that ex-Cerebral Bore vocalist Simone "Som" Pluijmers has officially signed on as the second vocalist, standing alongside original founding member Missi Avila. Som had this to say about joining YCTD: "I'm very happy to announce I'll be joining a band again after all these years, we connect and it felt good being with them on the "try out" tours. They're a lot of fun, great, passionate, musicians and I can't wait to start my future with Your Chance To Die." Founding vocalist Missi Avila expressed her thoughts on teaming up with Som: "Som is the missing piece I never knew was missing to the band. Having her allows us to explore so much more in our music and live shows come even more to life. She has also become a great friend and has become an indispensable part of YCTD. I can't wait to write this record with her and get back on the road together!" Your Chance To Die released their latest full-length album "THE AMERICAN DREAM" in 2013 and are now currently working on their third. The new record is slated to be a masterpiece, and will be the first record to feature drummer Thomas White and bassist Stephen Sanchez, as well as the first with the dual vocals of both Missi and Som.
