Phinehas totals van after hitting deer
California metalcore band Phinehas, currently touring the U.S. with For Today and Fit For A King, among others, struck a deer early this morning while traveling between St. Louis, MO and Omaha, NE. Although nobody was injured, the band's touring van has apparently been totaled. Here's the official word:
"Hit a deer on the 64W. Everyone is fine thankfully. The van is totaled. Lift us up in prayer fam."UPDATE: Phinehas has found a loaner van for the remainder of their tour:
"Thanks to the generosity of our TM/merch guy Cameron and his band Words Like Daggers, we have a loaner van for the rest of this tour. "By the grace of God, we WILL be playing in Omaha tonight with our brothers on the Wake tour. Thanks also to the gracious help of our friend Sarah, who drove the van from Des Moines to St Louis at 4:30am on a moment's notice. 'Without grace, we would all be dead.' "Thanks for the prayers family. We love you."
