Metal community reacts to passing of Justin Lowe

Our lives are forever changed today. I'm so very sorry Justin may you rest easy now my friend. Our thoughts belong with him and his family.

The world lost an awesome dude today. Justin "Juice" Lowe was a kind, talented, fun friend to tour, talk, or hang out with. RIP Juice.

RIP Justin Lowe I'm so happy to of known you, learned from you, raged with you, I'll miss our bday phone call, so sad to see you go brother.

RIP Justin Lowe - it was great touring with you when we had the chance. Keep his family and After the Burial in your thoughts today.

R.I.P. Justin. We are forever grateful that you and the rest of ATB took us out on our first tour back in 2012, and very grateful that we got tour with you again last year. This is all so heartbreaking. You and your band have done so much for our scene. The music, and the inspiration you've given all of us will live on forever so you will never truly be gone.

Speechless. Justin was one of the best dudes I've known in this business for a good 10 years now... Hell before any of us were even in this business. I'm so grateful to have traveled the world with him, know him, learn from him in so many ways, the list goes on. I'll never forget the late nights listening to music and laughing with you. There are too many thoughts floating around in my head for a social media post. I can't even put this picture together without tears. I love you brother, rest in peace.

Justin was an amazing person, someone I could talk to for hours, go on adventures, listen to 90's rap and nu metal all night and then make bloody Mary's in the morning. My sincerest condolences go out to the ATB/Lowe family. It is an absolute tragedy to have seen this unravel. I remember meeting Justin for the first time years back when one of my first bands had the pleasure of supporting ATB here in Toronto and I will always remember the impact that watching him perform had on me. We all take the trivial minutia of our day to day lives for granted, yet the only thing that truly matters, is life itself. Mental illness is not to be taken lightly. I'm so sorry it ended this way. RIP Justin.

I never knew Justin Lowe, but we're on tour with some of his buds and have a lot of mutual friends. His passing affects us all. RIP.
