After The Burial recording new album
Official press release: This week Minnesota metallers After The Burial arrived at The Machine Shop to begin recording their fourth LP, via Sumerian Records. Produced by Will Putney (Thy Art is Murder, Stray From The Path, Northlane) alongside the band, this release will mark the first time After The Burial has recorded in an outside producer's studio. The band had the following to say:
"We're really excited. We've never done anything like this before, but the vibe is good and we know Will has a great knowledge of what we're going for as far as a sound. The songs came very naturally this time around, so recording live drums, guitars etc makes total sense. We can't wait for you all to hear it.""I'm pumped for this After The Burial record. The guys wrote some really cool songs, and it's going to be fun to put my spin on the production for them. I can't wait to smash it," says Putney.
