Favorite Weapon cancels U.S. tour
Favorite Weapon has announced that they dropped off their scheduled spring U.S. tour with The Color Morale, Slaves, and Vanna, as frontman Hance Alligood is still recovering from recent surgery. Alligood had the following to say:
"It comes with much regret that we must announce that we will not be hitting the road on the Hold On Pain Ends tour with The Color Morale, Slaves, and Vanna. "At the beginning of this month I had surgery, and am still not able to do very much physically. Unfortunately, doing this tour would pose serious health risks for me, and the idea of having a fill in for this tour did not work out. "During our time off, the band has plans to write a few new songs for you guys, and hopefully our music video we filmed back in October will be available soon! "This announcement is effective for all festival dates as well. "Thank you all so much for your support. I am so sorry we have to miss this one, but we'll be back out there soon! Much love."
