You're missing the point. There are some Old Testament laws that no longer apply to Christians because they are now under God's grace. There are three types of Old Testament law: moral laws, ceremonial laws and civil laws. I'm talking about ceremonial laws. Well, ceremonial and civil laws. Ceremonial is like sacrifices and civil laws are like the mixed fabrics, not shaving your beard, etc.
And if you need even further clarification so that you can't say I'm picking and choosing, homosexuality is considered to be breaking a moral law which is why that law still stands today. Just the civil and ceremonial laws were abolished. I'm not trying to be argumentative, but when you list out laws and then claim people are cherry-picking, you're pretty much asking for a response.
