Bloodbath add Paradise Lost singer as new frontman

Swedish death metal band Bloodbath has announced the addition of Paradise Lost frontman Nick Holmes as their new vocalist. Holmes will appear on the band's forthcoming album, Grand Morbid Funeral, which is slated for a November 17 release via Peaceville Records. Bloodbath bassist Jonas Renkse had the following to say to Metal Hammer: "Ever since I got into Lost Paradise back in 1990, Nick Holmes has been one of my favourite growling vocalists out there. He was always audible and articulate but still deep and definitely morbid. It is a great pleasure to work with him some 25 years later after I was introduced to his thunderous roar!"
