Darkest Hour guitarist's music on Shark Week show

Zombie Sharks If you pay attention to the world of TV, you probably know that Discovery Channel's Shark Week has officially begun. Among this week's features is Zombie Sharks, an exploration of "tonic immobility" in sharks. According to Woodlands Online, Zombie Sharks focus on "a catatonic zombie-like state that can be achieved in sharks, and how predators may be exploiting it to 'turn the tables,' making sharks their prey." Why are we talking about Zombie Sharks, aside from its cool name? Because the program features some musical contributions from none other than Darkest Hour guitarist and co-founder Mike Schleibaum. That's right, Schleibaum contributed some original compositions to Zombie Sharks, making him the only outside composer for the show (a portion of the material also comes from the Discovery library). Zombie Sharks will air on Wednesday, August 13, 9:00 p.m. EDT/8:00 p.m. CDT.
