During the past week Devin Townsend and company began tracking material for their forthcoming double-album, Z2, which will be comprised of an album of Townsend's Ziltoid material, and an album of Devin Townsend Project songs.
Yesterday drum tracking for both halves of the double album were completed, with DTP drummer Ryan Van Poederooyen issuing the following:
"It's a wrap..... Both albums are done. I'm beyond exhausted but very happy that drum tracks are complete for both albums. What a past two days it's been. Now time for a vacation Dev's turn for tracking now! Goodnight!"
