Baroness: driver in bus crash faces charges
The driver of the bus that plunged from a UK viaduct last summer, seriously injuring members of Baroness, is facing a series of charges stemming from the crash. According to the BBC, driver Norman Markus, 39, faces charges of dangerous driving, using a vehicle with defective brakes, and exceeding a 7.5 ton vehicle weight limit. Additionally, Markus is also accused of getting insufficient rest, using a vehicle in a condition likely to "cause danger of injury," and not having the correct license for piloting the bus involved. Markus is due to appear before Bath Magistrates Court on April 5th.
