Ex-As Friends Rust guitarist James Glayat and former Dragbody guitarist Andy Perez have reportedly joined forces for a "southern skate-rock" band called Rad Company. Rumors indicate that the lineup may eventually include former Red Roses for a Blue Lady vocalist Kyle Borchgardt.
