Trouble apparently continues for Blackenedfest, the Mayhem-headlined package tour which is scheduled to run for another week. First, Marduk had trouble entering the country and was unable to perform. Then, Withered was forced to drop off as a result of transportation issues. Finally, both Cattle Decapitation and Cephalic Carnage dropped off the tour for undisclosed reasons following Sunday's show in Denver, Colorado.
