we played Chris Paul and West Forsyth the summer after his grandpa died and at a summer Y game I said I knew who did it to rile him up they were NATIONALLY RANKED IN HS when they played us, he played 3 min head to head against me and called me a punk 5 times.

I mean, I was almost sure I was gonna get beat up in front of my friends, which made playing ball so much harder.

this is no lie if there need be understanding of what i could've done if i weren't a f*cking idiot, and why i understand lesser idiots doin big things.... in 8th grade summer (7th into 8th) Chris Paul and I were on the same YMCA summer league team at the Clemmons/Lewiston YMCA in NC. we were the starting backcourt. Until I decided NBA video games were pretty funny and I sunk from starter to 7th, and then he went to college LMFAO and all I ever did was foul the f*ck out of him one time after he called me a punk and hit a 3 when he was my girl but dug down on our 6'11" C. If anyone ever wants to really PWN me here, CHRIS PAUL. Quite literally, I saw someone who I played a f*cking game with a kid better me, own me, call me a punk and then become a rich man on TV. f*cking OWNED.

oh wait, sorry, also last game, i was suspended academically SR year and at his own schools home gym in dead silence i repeated, shouting, I KILLED CHRIS PAULS GRANDPA. and he looked up and saw me, it was right after an and one. he played against me earlier that season and previous obv interaction, I bet he'd kick me in the face after knocking me on the ground if we met as grown men. lol

it was one of those cloud partin moments too. my crew were 2 of our varsity wrestlers, one won state and went to NC State and the other was just a house, and 2 football players and they f*cking parted was like the Red Sea at that moment, in my mind, becuase I just remember him f*cking looking at me in that Titans jersey like i will kill you.

but fun fact? the band Glass Casket came from the same HS as Chris Paul. the drummer and guitarist of which, are in Between the Buried and Me. Camel City bebe
