Turnstile "Can't Deny It" song premiere
Hardcore band Turnstile unveils a new song from their forthcoming album.
If you don't frequent our site, you may not know that Baltimore-based hardcore act Turnstile will be releasing a new album next month. Yes, it's true; the rapidly rising band's latest full-length, titled Nonstop Feeling, will hit streets on January 13 through Reaper Records.
Recorded with Brian McTernan (Thrice, Cave In), Nonstop Feeling is a unique take on hardcore, bringing a fresh energy to the genre while infusing plenty of old-school staples.
Today we're pleased to premiere a new song from the forthcoming album titled "Can't Deny It." Check it out below, and be sure to pre-order the album. Turnstile: the ultimate band for f*ckboys and hxc moshcore tryhard girls
turnstile is better than your favorite band
So full of energy, so groovy. Can't deny it
I dig it. Sounds like it could have been a B-Side from Mother's Milk
Finally a tour that stops in minneapolis that isn't awful.
...but reall, do people enjoy this? I thought 1996 came and went 18 years ago. I know things come "full cirle," but I'd expect this to be on a tour package with GoldFinger and The Urge...
Their bass player is such a stage prop. Jumps around and off stage cuz he can't even keep his instrument plugged in. Ralph Lauren towels are for the yacht club and people who shop at Ross...not on stage.
People who listen to "Djent" music ragging on Turnstile, do better Lambgoat.
311, Living Color, Leeways perfect love child. Everyone's so mad and it makes this band so much better LOL
Sounds like a Nickelodeon 90's commercial theme song. Sick !!
It's no secret. The bass player admits he isn't THAT good at playing. Heard an interview and he learned how to play bass for this band. Stage prop or whatever he's great live
yo is there really a 311 band member in turnstile!!?!?!?!
311 for sure haha not sure how I feel about this
i heard Sean was a later member of 311. makes sense. i love it
Where have I heard this riff?? It's driving me crazy. Is it Train Kept A Rollin?
Don't know about this song, but saw em on the Madball tour and they killed it.
It's a cross between such my kiss by the chili peppers and guns and roses
Great live band but for some reason they sound like garbage on record. So flat and dull.
Girls who were into Pierce The Veil last year are stoked
"It's no secret. The bass player admits he isn't THAT good at playing. Heard an interview and he learned how to play bass for this band. Stage prop or whatever he's great live" That's like McDonalds admitting they make burgers out of dog shit and you expressing they taste great
actually for all you noobs out there some of these guys were original members of both 311 and janes addiction so go die haters! bass is the backbone of the band. 90's forever!
the same fraggles complaining about this song sucking are the same f*ckheads that still wear fitted caps and basketball shorts. f*ck off. live a littile. WE'RE MOSHIN OVA HEAAHHHH. CAWCAWCAWCAWcawwww.
'90s youth crew with in-tune clean vox and some VOD sorta thing going. What is there to hate? f*ck you gay kids

Stage prop or whatever he's great live" That's like McDonalds admitting they make burgers out of dog shit and you expressing they taste great He's the f*cking bass player in a 3 chord hardcore band who gives a shit you little dweeb
I admit, some SERIOUS 311 influence going on here, but that's ok! If you listen to any newer band, you're gonna catch influences. That's life! Listen to Disengage and you'll swear you're listening to Straight Ahead. That's life and tough shit if you don't like it! I give turnstile credit for TRYING something different. There's nothing wrong with that and it's cool to see a band be successful playing what they want to play. If you think you're so much better, pose on.
Id rather listen to Attila, this band is whack
"That's like McDonalds admitting they make burgers out of dog shit and you expressing they taste great"
Id rather listen to Attila, this band is whack GTFO And for everyone hating on freaky franz, the guy just loves hardcore and wanted to be in a touring band with friends. Who cares if he's not a great bass player its not f*cking Rush.
I've been to a lot of hardcore shows and have seen classic bands that hardcore purists would call "gods". Turnstile put on one of the best live shows I've seen.
"And for everyone hating on freaky franz, the guy just loves hardcore and wanted to be in a touring band with friends. Who cares if he's not a great bass player its not f*cking Rush." "Who cares if he's not a great bass player..." Uh...people who enjoy good music?
Very well enjoyed the song! Nothing wrong with a softer song! Can't wait to see you dudes on tour!

"Who cares if he's not a great bass player..." Uh...people who enjoy good music? You knew what you were getting when you clicked on the link dipshit. Its a hardcore band
Is it just me or does this sound like early 311?
You know its a good day on lambgoat when there's a bunch of pissed off b9 snow flakes defending the flavor of the week. Try not to get any tears on the cassette case slip, might run the colors on the liner notes of your 1/25 limited run special color demo only hand numbered hand stamped cassette that will always remain worthless.
top button, rolled short sleeves with 5 panel backward hats on are stoked
Anyone else hear a Prong "Beg To Differ" groove thing especially in the start of the song besides me?
Great song! Can't wait to see turnstile in Cali and freaky franz is the shit he's a really chill dude and great at what he does.
Anyone pushing "the 90's" is a fake tumblr poser who is just saying so because it's cool now. So shitty. You couldn't get any stupid kids or anyone altogether into anything REMOTELY 90's from 2001-2013. Now stupid kids are wearing fluo and Killer Loop shades thinking they're all hip. I hope you all die of aids.
Seriously the best song I've heard these guys make so far. Remarkable artists embarking on an extraterrestrial journey of emense porportions. True expression, truly organic. Best dudes, best band
'Sounds like Beg To Differ Prong and Cowboys From Hell era Pantera.
By far the most overhyped and overrated band of the 21st century. Stupid f*cking hipster poseur shit congratulations. Post scene kids of 2010 with shaved heads are stoked to hop on more bandwagons like the fools they are
This song dosent dosent do them justice at all they area dope ass band though
If freaky really learned bass for the band, the stereotype that of youre black you can play bass is true. He has dirty heavy tone. Natural melodically percussive and that solid sound you only get from being black. He looks like he is a bigginer with his attack and neck grip. And I don't think junk I've ever seen a brother use a pickS but he is good and brings that bottom end on the 1 funk. Everyone hating on him, or this band. Are probably atheists but loooove taking about it. Used to be straight edge but started drinking so they covered up their XXX tattoos with a QR code. Hardcore and metal music doesn't take take talents. And don't pretend you can hear a band and understand the inaudible screaming without reading the lyrics online. Just call them post hard core or how about ....music. Cookie cutter ass metal by numbers music is so white bread, salt less popcorn and probably have a statutory rape record. And get binders when you hear chugchug squeel. Fukoutta here 311 is badass
