a person of integrity
So awhile ago I traded advertising space for merch with Victory Records' screen printing shop. I repeat, this was a TRADE. Yet, even though I've talked this over with my contact there, they are now threatening me. This is the email their accounting manager sent me this morning: "We have been trying to get in contact with you regarding the invoice that is on your account that is seriously overdue. We need payment for invoice XXXXXX for the amount of XXX.XX. We processed your order in good faith expecting that you would pay for the goods in which you received. Please be a person of integrity and pay us what is do to us. We are prepared to turn this account over to a third party if you do not respond to this attempt within 48 hours from the time of this email. Please let it be made known to your attention that we will inform our collectors to take this issue to small claims court and do whatever is necessary to collect on this overdue balance. This invoice will not go away unless you pay for it." If this invoice isn't going to go away until I pay it, then I suppose I'm going to court!
