Video: Phil Demmel (ex-Machine Head) makes live debut as fill-in guitarist for Slayer

Little more than a week after ending his 15-year career with Machine Head, guitarist Phil Demmel took the stage with Slayer last night (December 3) for the first time in Copenhagen, Denmark. Demmel is filling in for guitarist Gary Holt, who exited the tour early to be with his dying father. You can check out video of Demmel and company performing "Hell Awaits" below.
