Pardon this interruption while we use our modest venue to promote Lambgoat Records' sophomore release, the debut full-length from Syracuse metal band, Unholy. The band features members of Santa Sangre, Another Victim, Path Of Resistance, and Godbelow, among others. There are also some guest vocals from Karl Buechner of Earth Crisis and Bruce LaPage of 100 Demons. The album is called "Blood of the Medusa," and we love it (big surprise, huh?). Anyway, we're confident you'll love it to if you give it a chance.

Still not sure? We've gotten four reviews back thus far (with plenty more in the works). Blabbermouth calls it a "fine first effort." You can read their full review here. About.com says, "The songs are aggressive, but Unholy infuses plenty of catchy riffs and bursts of melody that make them memorable." Read their review here. According to Metalreview.com, "Blood of the Medusa is a damn solid record." You can get their full take on the album here. Meanwhile, Aversionline.com had some nice things to say about it here. The album was also PastePunk's "release of the day" on June 6th.
