Soilwork has announced plans to enter the studio in January to record their next album for Nuclear Blast Records. The effort will be produced by guitarist Peter Wichers and mixed by Jens Bogren (Opeth, Paradise Lost). Drums will be tracked at Echo Mountain in Asheville, NC while the remainder of the recording is set to take place in Tampa, FL. Mixing will occur at Fascination Street in Orebro, Sweden.

Soilwork's as-yet-untitled eighth album will be the first to feature Peter Wichers since his return to the band in 2008, as well as the studio debut of guitarist Sylvain Coudret, who also joined last year.
